Hospice

Fighting an illness is an extremely challenging time in one’s life and a comfortable place where patients can find advice, psychological support, and simply some space for themselves may be a very important part of their recovery process. Nestled into the serene landscape of green fields and limestone cliffs of Normandy, the hospice is meant to be that safe space that addresses physical, emotional, spiritual and social needs of each individual.

Wrapping around the calm inner garden and linked by a continuous ramp walkway, its five main rooms provide a variety of spaces where each patient can find comfort and respect. With support of medical personnel as well as other patients, they can share their feelings and deal with their concerns. They are welcome to invite their loved ones to spend some time close to nature, in the common dining room, the library and activity space or the chapel, while the meditation room and the bathhouse are designed to provide them with some space for rest and relaxation.
